Im Back
I was absent from my broadcasts for a few days because I had to go on a trip for personal reasons, but I have returned with the best attitude to be with you ?

DAY TO DAY
I want you to know a little more about me what I do every day, I usually get up at 5:00 am I do half an hour of meditation, then I take a shower I get ready to go to the gym to exercise 40 minutes later I go back home to get ready to start a session to share with you for 7 hours, normally I have lunch at two in the afternoon, after finishing the session here I go to have tea with some friends and talk about things that have happened to us...
